"MINE" Yes, our little Jakey who is now almost 20 months old has now learned to say the word Mine. With two older brothers, this word is very valuable to him. :) With his cute little personality, he has definitely used this word to tease everybody a lot and he makes us laugh. Other words to go with this one is Elmo and More. Elmo does definitely go with the word Mine. He says, "Mine Melmo" which is so very cute. But we are pretty bias. He says "Mo" for More which we all love too.
Jake also has also started with an obsession with Elmo. We got him these Elmo pajamas for Christmas and it has been no big deal until two weeks ago. One day he just woke up and started saying "Elmo". He saw these pajamas and insisted on wearing them. Holy Cow! He did not want to take them off! Yes, he got to wear them all day. Austin got a big Elmo for his birthday when he was 2 years old that we still have and so Jake has claimed this as his own now. Also, we were walking through Walmart and he spotted these Elmo slippers. WOAH! The world was going to end as he knew it if he did not have these Elmos. Yes, we gave in and he got the Elmo slippers. So he is all decked out in Elmo now. I know, I know I keep promising pictures and sooner or later they will come and I will get one of him in his Elmos :)
