It was just that! The weather outside was just perfect today. Not too hot and not too cold. I was able to get some stuff done in the house that I wanted to get done while the boys were outside (no interruptions) and I also went on a walk with the boys while they rode their bikes to the park. I got the exercise I needed and they had fun riding their bikes and playing in the park. Little Jakey crashed in the stroller on the way home. Austin and Jeffrey had such a good play day that there were no problems getting them to sleep tonight. They were so tired! Definitely looking foward to more days like these! Just wish it would stay this way, not get too stinking hot or too cold to have to stay in all the time. But I guess it is because of those times that we are greatful for days like today.
Also, this is a cute story/joke from the Reader's Digest that my Mother-in-Law sent to me quite a long time ago. For those of you that don't know, I do medical transcription, so I got a big kick out of it. Hope you enjoy it.
"We were really confused. While transcribing medical audiotapes, a colleague came upon the following garbled diagnosis: This man has pholenfrometry.
Knowing nothing about that particular condition, she double checked with the doctor. After listening' to the tape, he shook his head, 'This man", he said translating for her, has fallen from a tree." (Patricia Longbottom) :)
